My subscription reactivated without my consent

I cancelled my subscription on 06/21, subscription will end on 07/20. Then I logged in today again and it shows that my subscription was reactivated without my consent. I had to cancel again. I didn't even receive email about activation between these two cancellation confirmation emails. Had I not logged in today to make sure subscription was cancelled, I would've been charged again. Come on Zoom.
