automatic renewal - renewed and charged without notice

Hello,

 

Our business account was automatically renewed and we been charged without any notice. We did NOT wanted to continue the subscription but it was renew without our consent. 

 

How can we cancel it and get a refund please?

 

It's very frustrating when you get renew automatically without any notice!
