Multiple payment for single subscription

Hi Team,
With out my knowledge 1534 rupees,1534 rupees and102 rupees debited amount into  my credit card on may 6th 2023 . Transaction ids are475687,260892,251739 and  I didn't any   services for these transactions .

Please refund this amount
