I have one license. I try to assign to a person. It is said that I "exceeded the limit of licenses" when I still have one available... Can any help?

Check a few of the threads going around, Zoom has decided to block people from assigning licenses to others and it seems its just blocking everyone now. Who knows when our accounts will be unlocked, I am at 2 weeks trying to get someone there to listen.
