I got a plan last year, and in november I decided to cancel it. Because in the page to cancel the subscription there was the option to schedule my next payment, i thought it was a good idea. So I scheduled the next payment to february (next month) but I don't want to have it anymore. Can't find a way to cancel it. What could I do? Should I wait until the charging and refund it?

I recommend that you contact Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
