I can't cancel subscription

I am unable to cancel my paid subscription to ZOOM because I let the domain of the email address I used to sign up for the subscription expire. Could you please let me know how to solve this problem?

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

 

Please include your old email address, and the email address you are now using.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal. Click Account Management, then click Billing. Under the Current Plans tab, find the plan you want to cancel and click Cancel Subscription to stop your subscription's automatic renewal. Confirm your request by selecting Cancel Subscription.
