How to access employer's licensed pro account - I can on phone but laptop only shows my free account

Please help! I can't log in to the licensed pro account my employer added me to on my laptop, but can on my iPhone using FaceID or my updated stored password. When I copy and paste that password into my laptop it just opens my personal free account and doesn't show the other one.
