Hi
Does anybody know where I send an email to complain about poor service from a human on the chatbot?
I went round 4 people in 90 minutes and the last salesperson sent me back to billing without exploring my needs.
Any help would be appreciated.

Zoom customer service is becoming a joke to me. Whenever I ask more than a few questions about how things are run or manage my account, the associate ends the live chat. It is so frustrating!
Zoom, this needs to be addressed in some fashion.

I had the same problem. The Zoom Support Center is a complete waste of time. It's impossible to believe Zoom requires you to assign yourself as a user after paying for the upgrade, and they won't provide the service or tell you they are not providing it until you do.

I am having the exact same problem. Zoom is extremely unhelpful. It seems that they expect us to figure it out on our own. Their customer service is non-existent.

Instead of explaining to customers how they are wrong, go back and tell Zoom mgmt to refund people for this error on Zooms part. It's rediculous not to provide the service automatically when someone upgrades their acct.

Hi
Your auto-renewal was met with repeated credit card errors. Several notifications were emailed to the billing contact entered on the account.
Your successful payment was processed just past the cut-off and was shut down due to nonpayment. A portion of the payment was applied to the unpaid invoice for the time used between October 14 and December 14.
You will need to re-subscribe to access paid features. Please sign in and upgrade your account.
The credit balance on your account should apply to the order before your card is charged. Note that a new 12-month service period will begin on the date you upgrade. Unfortunately, this cannot be backdated.

I have been unsucessfully trying to resolve 2 issues for past 6 months . 1. Copy and paste of email ids dont work . Its a hassle as some meetings have large number of people with some email ids which are long to type and reproduce . 2. Cannot assign alternative host . Zoom thinks that they are helping by their below par service .Once i had call with someone who thought they are doing a favour . For the context i have a paid account with zoom and it really really pathetic service . Next time they sent me an solution which needs a IT engineer to configure . Now when i check they say ticket is closed . I would not encourage anyone to use zoom . Its a faceless organisation which takes days to revert , complete lack of empathy . They just want money and dont really care about customer . Im sorry what you are going thru , just wanted to share my experience for last 6 months
