Hi @elden,
Payment is reflected at the bottom of the latest iteration of the invoice under transaction details. Once payment is applied to the invoice, you’ll be able to view and print the invoice.

My 'History' shows I paid for a renewal April 7 and twice more on April 30. Been trying to renew my Zoom Pro with a new credit card and wasn't sure I was doing it correctly after getting unpaid email reminders. One of the invoices from April 30 shows I have a $-149.82, which I think is a credit. My guess is that the two payments made April 7 and April 30 then resulted in a credit dated April 30. Correct?
