Forgotten password in email without access

I forgot my password and don't have access to the email associated with it anymore. How can I change it another way? Or change the email too without the need to access it? I've created this second account just to ask this about my other account.

Hi Vinicius,

If you no longer have access to the email address attached to your Zoom account, contact Zoom Support. There are a number of reasons why you may receive an email from Zoom, such as an email asking you to confirm your email change, or an email with a time-sensitive verification code to input in the following situations:

in your case, you need to use the below link in order to submit a support request. Could you make sure to share with them the billing information of your impacted account? one of the technical support agents will proceed to change the email account from the previous one to the new one you’re actually using.
