Cobros excesivos sin fundamento

He estado recibiendo los últimos dos meses cobros excesivos, por el almacenamiento, sin embargo no he utilizado la cantidad que dicen que usé, tengo el registro de las fechas en las que bajé los archivos a mi computadora, ¿habrá alguien que me ayude a solucionarlo?

I have been receiving excessive charges for storage for the last two months, however I have not used the amount they say I used, I have the record of the dates on which I downloaded the files to my computer, will there be anyone to help me ...
