Dear Zoom Support Team,
On May 12th, I purchased the "Large Meeting | 500 Participants" feature for $53.17 (including tax). However, I noticed on June 2nd that the feature had been cancelled, and the associated benefits were immediately withdrawn, even though the feature was intended to last until June 12th.
I would appreciate clarification on the following points:
Who initiated the cancellation of the feature?
Why were the benefits of the "Large Meeting | 500 Participants" withdrawn immediately? (I realized this on June 4th while hosting a webinar, as I received a notification that I could only admit 99 participants.)
