Charged with the amount I was not communicated with

I previously used Zoom Pro for two months at a discounted price and decided to cancel it afterward. Upon attempting to renew my subscription, I was shown a charge of 7.50 euros for this month, which I proceeded with. However, I was charged nearly 18 euros instead, and at no point in the renewal process was I made aware of any charges beyond the 7.50 euros.

I reached out to customer support, but unfortunately, I received no meaningful assistance, only an apology for a "glitch" in the system.

I would like to request a refund for the price difference, as I was not informed of the higher charge beforehand. I do not wish to cancel my subscription for this month but would appreciate resolving the billing issue promptly.

I find this situation quite frustrating, particularly due to the lack of transparency and the inadequate support provided
