I was charged twice at the same month only with some days between one and other. I've already tried contact with zoom and nobody send me an answer. I would like to receive my money back, if I don't, I will cancel and never more will be an client, and I will take this problem to all companies that I work, to incentivate them do the same.

I have the same problem. I was charged again 4 days after my normal annual subscription payment, after having updated some of my billing data.
Did you get any answer from Zoom?
It's frustrating to not be able to find an email adress to ask for support.
