Cannot access/use PRO account

Anyone got any ideas how I can access my PRO account?

When I try to login it says a passcode has been sent to my email address. It never arrives, we host our own mail server, there's nothing in the logs showing zoom is even trying to email the passcode. 

Without being able to login I cannot use my account. I have reached out to Accounts/Billing at Zoom, heard nothing. And without account details I cannot contact support either.

If you've already tried all of the steps outlined at Not receiving emails from Zoom with no success, then please contact Zoom support. When you fill out the webform be sure to select the request type Billing & Account Management > Account Management > Not receiving verification email, as shown below, so that our support team can help.
