Personal Account Disabled

I have a personal account that I can't login to, because it's "disabled." I am supposed to contact my admin, but I am my admin. Password reset didn't help. I was able to reset, but not login with the new password (still disabled).

TIA for any help,

Mark

Hi @mark607 as the Admin/Owner on the account, did you add your personal account under your current account whereas you're prompt'd your personal account being "disabled"? Did you ever go through the process of Deactivating, unlinking, or deleting users from your account when Managing users

As far as I am aware, "No" and "No". Whether I did something like that accidentally, I can't be sure, but I don't think so.
