Cancelling a Paid Account in Canada

My wife has a paid account that she would like to cancel.  She lives in Canada and therefore cannot use the 888 phone number that is limited to use in the U.S.   There appears to be no Canadian support on the website.  She has cancelled payments on her credit card but she was billed again a month later on that same credit card account.   How can she cancel her paid account?

Ask her to submit a support ticket to Zoom’s Billing team here and they should be able to assist her.

Ask her to log in to the Zoom Web Portal (Zoom.us) before entering the ticket.
