Canceled and need refund

I want to refund the auto-renewed subscription. Honest mistake in forgetting to cancel it, but I followed the instruction in refunding per: Account & Billing section's instructions. 

FYI contact support button in the contact us section does not work, so does https://zoom.us/billing/contactus
