Cancel zoom

I have a zoom one and zoom phone subscription. I don’t use the zoom phone anymore and I want to cancel the zoom phone and the remove auto renew from zoom one. Zoom has refused insisting that I have an annual subscription for zoom phone. I don’t, my annual subscription is for zoom one. They have refused to remove the auto renewal as well. I have never seen anything like this, being forced to continue with a product at the end of a subscription period. They have emailed a contact they claimed I signed in September but it was the zoom one contract signed in January 2023. 

I need my zoom phone cancelled and I do not want to auto renew the zoom one In January. They have refused to respond and continue to charge me, is this how zoom operates? @members
