Cancel a subscription because my old email address does not function.

I have a Zoom account under a Bigpond email address.  That email address no longer exists as it was cancelled by my provider, although not at my request.  I am now only using a Gmail address but how do I get to use it when I can no longer sign in??  Zoom only recognizes the non-existing old email address.

Hey @ruthcham947 for this you will need to submit a ticket to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 and for the Request Type: Account Management. After submitting the ticket be on the lookout for a follow-up email to the email address you provided.
