Can't find old invoices

Hi,
I can't find older invoices of year 2020. Can someone help please? When I use the filter in the 'Invoice History' page, it says "Processing...". I need it urgently to claim reimbursement. Thank you so much for your help.

Hello when I click on the Invoice History there is no link that states: “This page includes all invoices for the past year. You can also see invoices for the previous 3 years.” I am sure I have invoices from 2020 but I can't  find it. Please help. Thanks!
