Meu plano atual foi cancelado e minha contra transferida para o plano básico. Foi gerada uma cobrança indevida no valor de $ 637,80 cobrando todos os meses que já foram pagos anteriormente, desde o início da assinatura, em dezembron de 2020. O que devo fazer para resolver e ter minha assinatura de volta?

 

My current plan was canceled and my account transferred to the basic plan. An undue charge in the amount of $637.80 was generated, charging all the months that were previously paid, since the beginning of the subscription, in December 2020. What should I do to resolve this and get my subscription back?
