Billing mistake

Some months ago, I changed my account from a paid plan to the free plan.  My account shows that I am on the basic (free plan), and I get emails trying to get me to upgrade.  But I just discovered that my credit card was billed on April 29 for $17.35.  I want to end the billing and get a refund for the mistaken charge, but I don't seem to get through to support, because of the free plan status.

Hey @bjl I see your ticket with our Zoom billing team, I have internally flagged your ticket for an update as the billing team does not monitor the community.
