Hey guys, did anyone knows why this happened?  i've just subscribed on monthly plan and it cost $14.99 before tax, but the price on my credit card and invoice is $166 and said it for annually plan, but in my account it said my next invoice is next month Jun 12 2023, can you help me guys?

Hey @Ramboberuk I see you have a ticket opened with Zoom billing support -- I have internally flagged the ticket for an update, as Zoom billing support will be your best option as to getting this resolved. 🙂

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
