Sou a pessoa responsável em gerenciar uma conta e o e-mail foi desativado, como recebo o código de validação nesse e-mail desativado estou impossibilidade de usar a conta.
Alguém pode me orientar de que forma posso alterar esse e-mail sem precisar cancelar a conta.

Se não consegues logar no portal da Zoom com o email antigo, então vais ter de abrir um ticket com o suporte da Zoom. Este procedimento não é resolvido por telefone.
