Cannot Press Save When Entering Information for Charging Registration Fee for Webinars

We want to charge for webinar registration.

 

I am adding in our details under business account and cannot press save although I have entered information in all of the required fields. At the top of that menu, it mentions something about needing more information from us as apart of an Australian compliance law. We aren't in Australian and have no connection to Australia. 

 

What should we do?
