I can't log into my account.

Writes wrong password. When collecting, a letter is sent to the mail that the account with this E-mail was not found.

Definitely not, because I came in at 12 noon and everything was fine. Needed zoom at 6pm and couldn't log in anymore. Nobody changed the mail, no E-mail about this came. The password has not been changed either.

How can I regain access? Or return the money? Because the account was simply deleted and that's it.
