After I graduated from university with a master's degree, I re-enrolled in a doctoral program. However, my university account and Zoom account are still marked as graduated, so I'm only getting the free 40-minute support. Since I've re-enrolled in the doctoral program, I'd like to receive support again. What should I do?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Dolce_Latte.

You need to contact your university’s Zoom admin, probably someone in the IT department.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.
