background stuck

I added a picture for my background, and now it is stuck on that! when I try to remove it and select NONE, still the same picture shows up and I have tried everything to remove it and it will not go away when I log in to zoom on my mac!!

      Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

      If you're using macOS, it's possible that the background was uploaded directly to your computer instead of through Zoom. Once the meeting starts, a green video icon will appear in the top-right corner of your Mac's menu bar. Click the icon and uncheck 'Background' to remove the virtual background.

      Although this may be the cause, there isn't a choice to uncheck "Background" using the menu bar interface. There are a handful of color and image choices, as well as choosing an image from the computer.

      I have had the exact same issue and it has caused me alot of trouble. The video background is stuck on a single image. ie) instead of having a "none" video background, I have an image. This means I can never show the room or office that I am actually in.  I have tried EVERYTHING and Zoom has not been able to resolve the issue at all. I had to eventually cancel my subscription. The problem is that other clients and workplaces use ZOOM and I am stuck with this problem on my main desktop computer (apparently forever).

        Did you ever resolve this issue? I have the same problem. there is an image of an office atrium in my background. I have deleted ALL other background options. I do not see this image in a ny zoom settings, yet, it is here. The only modification that is possible at all is "blur" or "none", "non" only removes the blur, not the background itself. I too cannot just have my ACTUAl background.
