I already submit a case and no one answer me please i need someone to check my old case and take any desicion as soon as possible

    Community members can not access information, including cases, so please outline your issue and I will see what can be done to help. If you are needing billing help please specifcy , agina I will not be able to access the data, but may be able to find somebody to help

    We know unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating.

     

    For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.
