I have a Workplace Pro plan. Yesterday I activated AI Companion during a meeting in order to have a meeting summary. A meeting summary was not generated. It has worked with previous meetings. Please advise.

Hi, I teach a zoom movement class using a lapel mic and Apple music. I share audio coming from my macbook to which I have speakers attached. I used to be able to set the music volume for the meeting as separate from my system and ext. speaker volume and now I can’t. I need the music louder in my space (coming out of my speakers) so I can talk over it and still hear the beat for my movements.Now, my previous settings are not working. The volume that allows the meeting participants to hear me is the same as my speaker volume and I cannot make my speaker volume any louder. Macbook and zoom are up to date. I select Share Advanced, Audio Stereo, then play the playlist, and set the volume at 2 bars which is now too quiet for me to hear with my speaker turned up all the way. If I raise the system volume to 3 bars, the participants can’t hear me over the music. Apple music has an audio setting and that is all the way up. I am trying to remove an old version of Zoom to update to a newer verison, but in doing so, I receive the following error: The file "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\WinGet\defaultState\Zoom.Zoom.6.3.52884\ZoomInstallerFull.msi" is not a valid installation package for the product Zoom Workplace (64-bit). Try to find the installation package 'Zoominstallerfull.msi' in a folder from which you can install Zoom Workplace (64-bit)." I have downloaded the most recent available version of the MSI and placed it into this folder, but this also does not work. I am in need of the msi installer for this particular version to proceed with removal and updating.

I am a basic user, Version: 6.4.3 (52139), Mac Pro. I am trying to turn off the blue screen background, which I presume is a virtual background. I'm not even sure how I got one. Changing virtual background to None does nothing. Trying to follow instructions to change the background have gotten me nowhere. I tried following the instruction "As an admin (logged in), navigate to zoom.us/account/setting, then Meeting -> In Meeting (Advanced)You'll find the following options for your entire org's account, including 'Require user s to always use virtual background'. Disable this and unlock the virtual background setting if this is locked." There used to be a feature where the meeting Host could lower all participants hands and it disappeared recently. We use it a lot for Voting after the Host has counted all the Votes (Hands) he can lower them for the next round. But it has gone and we can not find it anywhere, where has it gone please

I'm using the Zoom client app on macOS and I have two valid Zoom accounts; one I use for an organization and the other is my personal free one.  The latter used to be linked to a different Email address which I've since deleted, but when in the Zoom app and when I click on my account icon in the upper right hand corner and select the "Switch account" option, I see three accounts ... the two valid ones and a 3rd for the now nonexistent Email address. There's not a Zoom account for the invalid address because I changed the Email address for my person account to the now good one, so I have no way to log into Zoom with the old address to delete the account. I'm just looking for a way to remove that from showing up in the client app.

Hi, just joined the community.  I wanted to find out if there is a way to request for the following  feature:   1) Host to be able to click a button an automatically capture a picture of all the attendees (perhaps in a grid).  Right now, someone has to manually screen capture each page, and this is tedious.   2) Can the host have  feature to mute only participants, leaving the co-hosts' mute settings unaffected?   Thanks.

Somehow back in January 11, 2025 I inadvertently signed up for zoom workplace, and have been charged $15.99 per month since January 11, 2025. I’ve not used workplace zoom at all, I have since canceled the monthly subscription, and I would like a refund going back to January 11, 2025, please. 

After searching diligently thru prior conversations for annotation controls, I've run across things like this: In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Account Settings.Click the Meeting tab.Under In Meeting (Basic), verify that Annotation is enabled.I have no idea what the navigation panel is (there's nothing labelled as such), and I'm unable to find anything called "account management", "account settings", a "meeting" tab, or an "in meeting (basic)" item. I can locate "Settings" under the "Zoom Workplace" menu, but nothing in the resultant window refers to any of the above, let alone annotation controls. I don't want my users scribbling all over my screen during my presentation, but I can't find any way to turn off that ability. I'd expect it to be one of the items in the sidebar of the "Settings" window, but it's not. Where is it?

Hello I cannot uninstall any Zoom Apps, if I click uninstall it says 'Error: Network error'

My webcam is pointed in a way that I can't look at the gallery and the webcam in the same direction, so it always looks I'm not looking at the camera when I'm looking at the Gallery on the Right Side of the Zoom Window.  Can Zoom add an option to put the Gallery on the Left Side of the Zoom Window?

We are holding an event next month that offers attendees a professional development certificate upon completion. For those registered who cannot attend, we would like to offer them the opportunity to watch the recordings of the sessions so they can then receive the certificate. I have been trying to find where you can access the analytics of who views recordings from the LOBBY (not the Zoom web portal), but I'm not able to find this information anywhere. Is there a way of accessing those analytics?

How to create a more permanent meeting ID for a meeting that has already been set up with 10 digit meeting code in 2020. This is an AA meeting and the meeting link will show up in an online schedule. It is twice a week and is using the original zoom link established in 2020.  Therefore the 50 meeting limit doesn't suffice . 

My app version needs to be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in. How do I update my app.?

I manage multiple call queues and trying to find a way to have a dashboard to monitor volumes, wait times, svc level and who is logged in and out for all queues in 1 location. I went to the Zoom Learning Center and the first lesson tells me to open the Zoom Desktop Client and select the Zoom Contact Center Icon at the top menu.  I don't have that icon.  I downloaded the most current update and still not there. What am I missing?

How can I disable the option to include an image in Zoom Events for a multi session event? I don't have images for all of the sessions and dont want to see the blue tubular picture that is automatically used by Zoom Events.

When we schedule a zoom event in our hub and people register, we do not receive any sort of notification. We have the little box checked in our notification settings to receive an email and a zoom notification (in the zoom events hub notification center) when changes are made to the event. Yet, we do not receive any sort of notification. I have had a ticket open for 2.5 weeks with Zoom support, but get no where with their service team. It's frightening that we pay a lot of money and cannot get answers. Any advice on how to receive an email notification when someone registers for an event would be helpful. 

I created a paid event in Zoom events. However, it appears that registrants can login to the event from multiple devices. We want to prevent that so that paid registrants cannot share their login credentials to give access to a non-paid registrant. Is this possible? 

I'm having trouble assigning licenses to any of the users connected to my Zoom account. Right next to the rubric "Users" there is this message: "You have licenses still available to users. Assign license to users or manage your license count." Although just below, just above the list of users, there is the following message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit." As of now no license is assigned to a user and when I do try to assign a license that last message appears again inside the "Edit User" pop-up window. What am I missing here?

Hello, I'm seeing an issue bringing the Tracking Source Name or Tracking Source URL into the Zoom trigger in Zapier, though it is showing my test source on the Zoom side. Any ideas as to how we can get the tracked source logged in Zoom to flow thru to Zapier? It looks like Zapier acknowledges that it is a value, it's just not populating Thank you!.

Recently, we have discovered that webinars created through Webinar Plus are not triggering the registration_created webhook. However, the regular webinars do. Any suggestions about this failure? Do we need to set up an additional scope or feature to enable this webhook?

hello zoom needs finer grained moderation tools. there needs to be a log accessible to co-hosts that logs which co-host muted a user, banned a user and so on. basically logging any action a co-host can undertake. best regards
