GoodStack Denial Issue
I am also having a problem with Goodstack. They denied my 501c3 discount request and have ignored the additional information I provided.
They have miscategorized our organization. We have been given the 50% dicount for the past three years.
The category they placed our organization into is inaccurate, and honestly, I believe it is simply a tactic to avoid giving the discount to as many non-profits as possible. Seems very shortsighted in my opinion, but perhaps this is why Zoom ended their relationship with TechSoup and engaged an even less responsive and unhelpful 3rd party vendor?
GoodStack has not responded to the additional information I provided and appeal for the discount on 4/7/26. They did, however, accept all the documentation I provided that verifies my 501c3 status. If the Zoom POC on this vendor relationship with GoodStack could be made aware, it would be appreciated. It has been an extremely disappointing experience after almost 5 years of a really great one with Zoom & Tech Soup.
