I am also having a problem with Goodstack.  They denied my 501c3 discount request and have ignored the additional information I provided.

They have miscategorized our organization. We have been given the 50% dicount for the past three years. 

The category they placed our organization into is inaccurate, and honestly, I believe it is simply a tactic to avoid giving the discount to as many non-profits as possible. Seems very shortsighted in my opinion, but perhaps this is why Zoom ended their relationship with TechSoup and engaged an even less responsive and unhelpful 3rd party vendor? 

 

GoodStack has not responded to the additional information I provided and appeal for the discount on 4/7/26. They did, however, accept all the documentation I provided that verifies my 501c3 status. If the Zoom POC on this vendor relationship with GoodStack could be made aware, it would be appreciated. It has been an extremely disappointing experience after almost 5 years of a really great one with Zoom & Tech Soup.

    Could the Zoom Community Manager for this group please advise on next steps?  I have already tried GoodStack directly, and they are non-responsive. Perhaps someone on the sales side for non-profit coordination with Zoom can address this with me?

    Thank you, I submitted the Zoom support ticket with all the information and our past discount history. BIL2542171 is the request number from Zoom support.

    Thank you - I just submitted a ticket with the following and received and email with the following support ticket number #415751628006

    I have engaged the Zoom NP Community for support. They asked that I complete another ticket.  I was denied the Zoom discount, and my request for review around 4/7 or 4/8 has not been addressed. 

    Goodstack has miscategorized our organization as "healthcare/rehabilitation," which we are not. We are an all-volunteer, non-professional, non-profit that provides peer support.  We have been given the 50% dicount for the past three years (2023, 2024, 2025). 

    You have all of our 501 (c) (3) paperwork. Our 501 (c) (3) is specific to our group only and is autonomous from any other peer support groups. We are verified on your site.
