after payment done not upgraded yet
i have made the payment to upgrade pro but payment was made but my plan was not upgraded yet what kind of services is thius ?

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Have you checked if you received a purchase confirmation. Sometimes, you may also need to assign the Pro license to your user account for the upgrade to take effect. You can review your order details in your Zoom account.
