If this has not been resolved yet, you may try these steps:
For cloud recordings: Log in to the Zoom web portal and go to the Recordings & Transcripts page. Remember, recordings started by co-hosts will only appear in the host's list. If you accidentally deleted a recording, check the trash folder—deleted cloud recordings can be recovered within 30 days.
For local (computer) recordings: Check the file location set in your Zoom desktop app, and also look in your computer’s trash or recycle bin in case they were deleted
