Cannot access my account on desktop only (error 1132)- getting no help with support

I'm having a technical issue for the past 3 months.

When trying to login to Zoom using the windows app, I get a 1132 error. the link that shows up next to it "report to zoom" doesn't work. I click it and nothing happens.
However, I am able to log just fine to my account using my android app, on several other smartphones. Only on my desktop I get the error message.

I have contacted zoom multiple times and every time the ticket gets closed before anyone gives me any valueable help. I’m keep being told to click “report to zoom”, but as I mentioned, that doesn’t work. It seems like no real person is reading what I’m writing and addresses the problem.
I feel like I’m stuck in loop of support tickets and emails where no one is helping me.

Error 1132 is often related to a device, network, or security restriction rather than the Zoom account itself, which would explain why your Android devices still work normally. Since the issue only affects the Windows desktop app, I would try completely removing all Zoom local data instead of only reinstalling the application.

    Things worth trying:

    • Uninstall Zoom completely

    • Delete the Zoom folders from:

      • %appdata%\Zoom

      • C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Zoom

    • Restart the PC

    • Install the latest Zoom client manually from the official website

    • Temporarily disable VPN, antivirus web protection, or firewall filtering

    • Try logging in from a different Windows user profile

Some users have also reported Error 1132 being triggered by flagged IP addresses, virtualization tools, or security software conflicts. Since mobile works fine, the account itself is probably not banned.
