Device cannot enter network

    Best answer by Don.z

    Hello, @Darrell Borghi

I’m sorry for the late response. That message usually points to a network-level block (often on the organizer’s side) rather than something you changed on your laptop, especially since you could briefly see the meeting before getting kicked out.

    Try these quick checks:

    1. Try a different network

Disconnect from your current Wi‑Fi and try a mobile hotspot (or a different Wi‑Fi).

If it works on the hotspot, your current network (home/work/school/VPN) is likely blocking the connection.

    1. Try joining a different way

If you clicked an invite link in a browser, try joining from the Zoom desktop app instead (or vice versa).

Restart your laptop and try again.

    1. Ask the organizer (since both meetings were from the same organization)

Tell them you’re seeing “my device could not enter the network.”

Ask if their organization recently enabled any meeting access restrictions (for example: only authenticated users, only certain domains, or network/device access controls).

    I hope this helps.
