Zoom desktop app shows Error 1132 only on Windows PC

Hi everyone,

For the past few days I have been unable to log into Zoom on my Windows desktop application because of Error 1132.

The strange part is that my Zoom account works perfectly on Android devices using the same account and network. The issue only happens on my Windows PC.

Things I already tried:

  • reinstalling Zoom

  • restarting the PC

  • trying different internet connections

  • disabling VPN

  • clicking “Report to Zoom” (nothing happens)

Since mobile login works fine, I believe the account itself is not banned and the issue may be related to the Windows client, local cache, or device/network detection.

Has anyone found a working fix for this issue on Windows?

Thanks in advance.

hello,

Zoom Error 1132 often  indicates a corrupted app installation or network conflict.

Some things you could try;

  • Uninstall the Zoom application. Go to Zoom Download Center to get the latest 64-bit version and install a fresh copy to rule out corrupted files.!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
  • Clear Cache:!--tgqphd|[]--> Old cache can trigger this error. On Windows, press Win + R!--tgqphd|[]-->, type %appdata%!--tgqphd|[]-->, open the Zoom folder, and delete the cache!--tgqphd|[]--> folder. !--tgqphd|[]-->!--tgqphd|[]-->
  • Network Reset:!--tgqphd|[]--> Restart your modem and router, or reset your network adapters (in Windows Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings). [1, 2, 3]!--tgqphd|[]-->
