What should I do if the headphones don't connect? they are connected to the phone, I have provided all the permissions in the settings. there is only wi-fi and no sound, bluetooth is not there (please help, I reinstalled the offer, tried to connect in different ways, nothing at all((

If your headphones aren't connecting to Zoom on your phone and you've already granted all permissions, try these steps:

  • Make sure your headphones are connected to your phone before joining the Zoom meeting.
  • If you don't see the speaker icon with the Bluetooth logo in Zoom, your headphones aren't connected. Try disconnecting and reconnecting them while you are in the meeting.
  • If you're using Android and still have issues, delete the Zoom app storage, uninstall Zoom, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
