Hello,I am part of an IT team that is very big on security and privacy. What was questioned was, let's say Admin approves of the AI Companion, if the host does not enable the features during a meeting is the Companion still listening?   

My mobile app for zoom isn’t showing a meetings tab, I’m particular for recurring meetings. Help!

I pay for an account and I thought an audio transcript from a meeting was available as part of the deal.   However I can download the video and audio of my meeting but no sign of a VTT file with the transcript.  Where can I find it please?  Thanks

I upgraded from Tahoe 26.4.1 to Tahoe 26.5 yesterday, and the option to share the screen of iPhone/iPad is gone.It does not come up on any of the tabs of Screen Sharing.I’m running Zoom 7.0.0.77593, and screensharing was normal until before.I’ve asked Gemini about it and it advised me to try turning on/off the Privacy and Security section for the Mac, but it didn’t help.It may be a Tahoe issue, but I am curious whether there are any other people with the same problem.

Currently using Arch Linux with Wayland.  With the latest zoom installed (6.6.0), using pipewire for sharing.  The first time I try to share a screen or window, it works fine.  If I stop sharing and try to share again, it only shares a completely black window or screen.  Immediately after I stop sharing the first time, I get the following messages in ~/.zoom/logs/zoom_stdout_stderr.log*** pw_stream_set_active called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted *** impl_ext_end_proxy called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted 'this->recurse > 0' failed at ../pipewire/src/pipewire/thread-loop.c:62 do_unlock()I cannot figure out if this is a zoom problem or a pipewire problem.Everything works fine in X11.

Hello,I’m working on commissioning some built up Windows machine (Crestron Flex) based Zoom Rooms video conferencing systems for a rather large university in the Boston area. Regarding sharing content ingest audio to a meeting - I’ve always handled content ingest audio via the content ingest path into the Zoom machine via a Zoom certified Magewell HDMI to USB capture card. Additionally, this is how it has been handled on every Windows machine (Crestron Flex) based Zoom Rooms application that I have ever seen.Without getting into the weeds too bad, this has caused a situation where content audio is doubled when content is shared. The client here had, in another room, resolved this by taking the content ingest audio out from the Magewell path and passed it to Zoom Rooms via the path that brings the local in-room microphones into the Zoom PC and then into the meeting - thru the DSP, mixed into the mic mix and then passed out from the DSP over USB and into Zoom. In the documentation for Native Room Controls, Response Filters are mentioned, but there's not enough information to implement them and no examples. "It is also simple to add your own for Response Filters. Within the rules section, you can also use the Trigger Events discussed below to drive your own automation with outside inputs." How about some examples? How is user_customized_event1 generated? What is the format of the response_filter section?

On Windows and macOS, pressing Alt hides/shows the controls dynamically. my recorded video is not opening

I was threatened by an anonymous person from behind a screen with the camera off during my condo association’s last board meeting.  Imagineers LLC in Hartford CT refuses to release a copy of the meeting to me. Zoom AI support has been useless.  Do I have to file a police report to get Zoom to turn this over?

I have a paid Zoom account. When I go to "add alternative host" it won't let me fill in any address at all. (The box is greyed.) I tried this both from my desktop and the app.  

I created General App with Admin-managed level. But users cannot authorize this app to use. How to give permissions to users?- The reason why I created Admin-managed level application   User-managed level application doesn’t include scope “phone:write:sms_message”.Please help me this issue.

Yesterday, March 23rd, 2026 Zoom released a new feature. However we do not see how to do this as an end user or as an admin.  Any advice on where documentation is available to support this feature or how it works? Temporary Assigned Desk Release Users can temporarily release their permanently assigned desks for specific dates when they will not be in the office, allowing the desks to be booked by others. I am performing an audit on our system and want to generate a list of Auto Receptionists but do not see a way to export to CSV like many of the other fields. (Call Queues, Users, etc...)Does anyone have a solution I apparently am overlooking? Thanks

Hi everyone,  I had a meeting recorded where i agreed and asked for a copy or transcript, I was not the host. I have asked a number of times for the promised record of the meeting but have been told that a copy can not be given as they destroyed the file. is there anyway to get a copy or transcript of the meeting as both parties agreed on the recording in the first instance?  

Hi, I’ve been having this issue with my mouse cursor for a month. It started happening after I updated my Windows version to Windows 11, but I’m not sure whether these events are connected or not. When I’m sharing a PPT or Google Slides, which are the main content I usually share, everything works normally. However, whenever I need to transition to a new tab, such as Google Docs or Youtube, while still screen sharing, my mouse cursor completely disappears and I cannot do anything about it. It has been so frustrating, because I cannot click on anything, not even on “stop sharing”, and I just have to wait for it to be back. My students say they still see my mouse cursor as I’m moving it desperately trying to get its control back.  I have searched for a solution for this issue in this forum, but most of the results I got are from years and years ago, and none of the recommendations given solved my problem - such as updating Zoom’s version. Can some

I have a MacBook Pro and Chrome browser that I am using for a live music recital.  I struggle with knowing exactly how to set up the meeting with the correct audio settings for the Listener/Viewer.  Do I determine the correct audio settings when I create the meeting or when I actually begin the meeting?  I did this before and something wasn’t right but couldn’t determine what exactly was wrong. Grateful for some guidelines.Ed
