Request for Technical Escalation – Deleted Zoom Cloud Recordings Recovery
Hello Zoom Support Team,
We are contacting you to request access and possible recovery of our Zoom cloud meeting recordings dating from 2025 onwards.
We noticed that the related recordings are currently no longer available in our account or in the Trash folder. We understand that more than 30 days may have passed since deletion and that, according to standard retention policies, the recordings may have been permanently removed.
However, these cloud recordings from 2025 onward contain very important archive and work-related materials for us. Therefore, we kindly request that you check whether these recordings may still exist in any backend backup, archive system, or other technical recovery environment.
We would greatly appreciate it if this case could be escalated to the technical team for a manual review and possible recovery assistance.
