A brand new feature from Zoom for Contact Center flows - Intent Based Routing. This builds on the AI Studio offering & gives you the ability to easily establish a reason for contact to then route interactions accordingly. In fact, you could use these for IVR style routing, without the need for a full virtual agent experience, and potentially then route into ZVA or direct to Queues.Check out the video on YouTube!

👋 Welcome to the Zoom Slides Community Creating presentations is one of the most common parts of work. Yet for many people, it's still more time-consuming than it should be. Ideas are scattered across meetings, documents, chats, emails, and countless browser tabs. Turning those ideas into a clear and compelling presentation often takes hours of gathering, organizing, designing, and refining. We're building Zoom Slides to make that process simpler. A place where ideas can move naturally from thinking → creating → presenting → getting buy-in. 🚀 New to Zoom Slides? A user asked how Expo actually works in practice — could it support real vendor booths where attendees browse, click in, and end up in an actual conversation? Mike walked through a live example: build out exhibitors on a floor attendees can navigate, each with its own booth (PDFs, video content, downloadable material), and a "space" that launches a real Zoom meeting the moment someone wants to talk — breakout rooms included if the exhibitor wants to split off into a one-on-one. He's seen it work well for things like benefit fairs, where people walk the floor and duck into whichever vendor they need.[Watch the clip →]A couple of the other things we talked about this session:Simulive vs. Production Studio — when to use each How to keep your webinars from feeling boring Certification updates for recurring and legacy events[Read the full recap here →] [Register and join us next time →]

I need to move forward with my life thank you to all the people who have helped me through my journey.
Hello,I joined several Zoom meetings a few months ago using the Zoom mobile app on Android. I was a participant, not the host.I now need proof that I attended those meetings for my university. However, I cannot find any meeting history or attendance records in my Zoom account. Is there any way for a participant to view or download their past meeting attendance history? If not, is attendance information only available to the meeting host?Thank you.
Hi everyone,I recently set up my Zoom Phone Unlimited plan (Basic) last week. In my Zoom desktop and mobile apps, I can see the SMS/Text tab option available. However, before sending any outbound texts to customers, I want to clarify the setup process. Can I directly start sending and receiving SMS to US/Canada customer numbers right away through the app, or is registering a 10DLC (TCR) SMS campaign mandatory first? If 10DLC registration is required for business texting on Zoom Phone, what is the current approval timeline, and will outbound texting be blocked until it is approved? Thanks in advance for your guidance!

I don't WANT a 24-hour clock. How can i change the time back to a 12-hour clock?
The official Zoom 7.1.5.4332 RPM has dependency issues on openSUSE Tumbleweed. It requires mesa-dri-drivers and freetype >= 2.6, but these dependencies cannot be resolved as declared. Tumbleweed provides libfreetype6 2.14.3, which provides freetype2, not freetype >= 2.6. We solved the installation by rebuilding the RPM with rpmrebuild and removing these two requirements. Best regards,Alejandro
Iv been going through alot and I pray whatever it takes i can get better.
Checking in with everyone.
I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed. I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting.... Sigh..... Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there. Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent? I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.
I have a virtual meeting coming up but am not familiar with Zoom. I am hard of hearing and have cochlear implants. I have a device to stream through the processors that I can plug into the computer. How do I set the sound settings in the meeting for that? Is there any way to practice to make sure it works?
I last used Zoom about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, I opened Zoom on my Windows PC, and may have updated it to the current version. Now my contacts list is empty. I had two before, now there are none. This is in the Contacts pane of the Zoom Workplace window.I noticed that when I first started the app this morning, the Zoom window started up with an unusual format, then refreshed to a more familiar format which showed both of my contacts, then refreshed again and the contacts were no longer displayed. My contacts are displayed correctly in the Android phone app.
Scenario: I have started the meeting in Zoom (as host), and I have Chrome open with 2 different tabs (different content). I use “share” to project the content on my Agenda tab (A PP presentation) to attendees. At a certain point in the Agenda, I would like to switch to the other tab that contains a PP presentation called Summer Images. When that is finished, I would like to switch back to the Agenda tab and proceed with the meeting from there. I want to have the tab content full-screen, with my picture up in the top RH corner of the screen.Equipment: Right now I only have 1 screen on a laptop available to me and I am using Zoom Workplace because of the enhanced sound. Is there an easy way to switch between tabs without having to “Stop Share” in Zoom, select the alternate tab in Chrome, switch back to Zoom and “Share” the alternate tab…..?Does a possible solution require 2 screens? Thank-you in advance.John Lawrence, Program Chair - IACC
Zoom Workplace recently updated to version 7.0.5 and while some of the unwanted changes were easy to fix - I don’t use a touchscreen computer, so defaulting to fat-finger mode instead of compact layout is frustrating - there is one thing that I cannot find a setting for and the manual steps to undo it every single time are also not user-friendly. That being when I paste URLs now, rather than simply becoming a link the URL is replaced with the pre-fetched title of the destination web page. If I wanted to do this, there is already a button to make “custom” links. Undoing it every time I paste a URL - so the recipient can easily see the URL, as well as the page title if they have exercised their user choice to enable link previews - is a completely unnecessary extra few clicks on a hovering toolbar that frequently jumps away as I’m about to click on it. The fact it doesn’t remember that I’ve set it to “link” is incredibly frustrating. Also, with the ever-increasing risks of phishing, hidi
Hi, Recently I have run into a problem that have never been an issue. The Team Chat required me to press Ctrl+Enter to send a message, Pressing Enter only could make it go down a row.Pressing Enter to send was much faster and more convenience.I think it started since the latest Update. I use the Team Chat quite a lot. So it should be helpful if you could switch it back like it used to be.Thanks.
Hi everyone,I'm looking for a way to encourage or prompt (automatically) participants to turn on their cameras right as they join a Zoom meeting. While I know participants can choose their own video settings, I'm wondering if there is a built-in feature, setting, or prompt we can enable that asks or reminds attendees to switch on their video automatically upon entry - rather than them joining with it off by default and needing to be asked manually. Is a feature like this available, or has anyone found a smooth workaround for encouraging camera-on participation right from the start? Right now we’re doing it manually asking for video to be on for each participant and it’s quite time consuming.Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much 🙏
Hi everyone,I'm running into a frustrating issue with chat handling since the latest Zoom Workplace updates, and I'm wondering if anyone has found a solution or if this is a known bug.Previously, we could manage participant chat settings smoothly. However, we're now experiencing two major pain points during meetings: Split Chat Windows: When we set participants to message the "Host and Co-hosts only," individual chats now open as separate, separate threads instead of staying consolidated within one window. Missing Settings: The old “Meeting chat - Private group messages” toggle no longer seems available in the settings to enable or disable. This makes it extremely difficult to chat privately with individual participants during a live meeting while keeping everything organised and private.Has anyone else noticed this, or found a way to keep participant chats unified under the current version? For a while it worked when we were using older version of Zoom, but with the latest Zoom upda
