I had a nightmare experience last week using zoom slides. I was using a Lenovo, the zoom app, and had uploaded a powerpoint deck in advance. I did some test runs and it was great. Sadly, on the day of the presentation (165 participants), the WHOLE ZOOM APP was crashing and locked up. It was a nightmare. Every time I tried to make a change, it just spun. Even restarting my computer during the presentation while my co-host took over, did not help. Launching a poll also de-railed things further. I feel so scared to use it again.

I’m really sorry you had this experience — especially during a live presentation with 165 participants. That’s absolutely not the level of reliability we want Zoom Slides to provide, and I completely understand why this would make you hesitant to use it again.
