We’ve just moved to a new location and upgraded our internet to a much faster connection — 800Mbps download / 40Mbps upload (previously 100Mbps / 20Mbps). * At our previous location, Zoom ran perfectly on the slower connection — no issues at all with video, audio, or screen sharing.* Now, with much faster internet, we’re suddenly experiencing constant “unstable network” errors on Zoom. We’re running daily Zoom sessions with shared video and sound, and the connection keeps dropping, lagging, or freezing — seriously disrupting our work.* No issues with any other platforms or general internet use — only Zoom is affected.* We've tried all the usual fixes: restarting modems/routers, switching between wired and Wi-Fi, testing different devices — nothing works. This issue is critical for us and needs to be solved immediately. Has anyone experienced something like this? Any advice or insight would be hugely appreciated.
Where can I find my recording? I just had a meeting, started and stopped recording a couple of times, at the end of the meeting zoom usually asks me where I want to save the recording. today... nothing. Where can I
¿Si actualizo mi plan de pago (ahora lo tengo gratis) puedo recuperar las grabaciones que tenia en la nube?
Hi, two of our users (both using Precision 5680s) their laptops will completely freeze when joining a Zoom meeting. It doesn’t happen initially after a laptop reboots but after 15 minutes or so of work, the freezing will begin when joining a video meeting. We’ve tried updating all drivers (including Intel GPU, camera and BIOS) and clean reinstalling Zoom. Do you know what we can troubleshoot next or what might be causing this issue? They’re using an i9-13900H 5400 CPU and it just seems strange issue happened a couple weeks ago but has only happened to those two users.
A doc that has always opened in zoom from a link is now opening a window asking for new sign in when zoom already opened. It may have to do with a password change after apparent hack into my login but not happening with all docs.
Hello Zoom Community A regular user of Zoom, and this has happened in our last meetings. We had a number of breakouts. Breakout room leaders were assigned co-host status to audio-record the breakout discussion on their devices. However, some could record, while others could not. This is an issue which has now come up in the last 2 sessions with breakouts. I would be grateful for any tips or insights as to how to resolve. Many thanksMaire
During a Zoom meeting I was hosting, I shared a local video file and after about 30 minutes the video stopped playing. The meeting didn’t freeze, only the video, and I could not restart the video. I have done this same thing in the past (on earlier Zoom versions) and it worked fine. I checked memory and disk usage, and I have plenty available. After the meeting, I restarted my computer, closed other programs running, and tried it again with the same result. When I share the video I click the box for Optimize for Video Sharing. I also tried using other similar video files and had the same problem.Video file: mpeg-4, 558 MB (created using Handbrake)Zoom version: 6.6.11MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)Processor 2.7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Corei5Memory 8 GB 1867 MhZ DDR3MacOS Monterey 12.7.6 Appreciate any suggestions on what may have changed to create this problem.
If not full sync integration with other task programs, can we please at least get an export to Excel? With a recent update, I can't even highlight rows of text to copy. There is no way to export or extrapolate any data as far as I can tell. Thank you!
Hello everyone,We have the following Cisco devices in our office: 1 × Cisco Board Pro 75 G2 (Meeting Room) 5 × Cisco Desk Mini (for individual users) Currently, when we receive Zoom meeting invitations, the Join button only appears if the meeting is hosted with a CRC license. At the moment, we do not have any Zoom licenses. We are considering purchasing: Zoom Workplace Pro – Annual (Qty: 1) Zoom CRC Connector – Annual (Qty: 6) Our usage scenario is mainly joining Zoom meetings hosted by external organizations.About 99% of the time we will only join meetings, not host them.Question:If we purchase the above licenses, will our Cisco devices be able to join Zoom meetings from external organizations even if the host does NOT have a CRC license?Or will the Join button only work when the meeting host has CRC enabled?Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
I'm being added to webinars i didn't sign up for by people i don't know. I don't know how they got my information but i got zoom meeting confirmations and reminders for webinars that I didn't sign up for.And the organizer is obviously very shady. They use throwaway email addresses as their reply-to email adds. It's messing up my calendar cos these webinars are automatically added to my calendar.Isn't this a privacy and personal data violation? How can I stop this?

I have a few clients that are getting asked to enter a code when we've provided an embedded password link - has anyone had this issue - and what was the issue/solution?
We are hosting a zoom event and want to be able to control the zoom production studio from backstage without joining the webinar ourselves. How can we do this? We are finding we have to start the webinar to set up production studio first which eliminates the waiting room. Help please!
Hi,I'm reaching out because my Zoom Phone service was recently suspended and I'm a bit worried about it. I already submitted an appeal to the Trust & Safety team, but I wanted to check with here as well since I just started using Zoom for my business.I run an auto parts business and I use Zoom to communicate with customers who request parts. Over the past few days I sent around 30 SMS messages to customers who had inquired about parts, and it's possible the system may have flagged that activity. As a new user how many SMS can we sent per day from per users. Any help would be appreciate.
We have a number of clients and prospects that call us from traditional landlines. We have discovered recently that many of them are unable to get through to our Zoom phone service. They are either just disconnected, or they receive a message that says they cannot be connected. It happens across multiple landline carriers both intra and interstate. We receive no indication that these calls were ever attempted. VOIP callers and cell phone callers have no problem. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone found a fix? Thanks.Eric
We are piloting Zoom Phone for our business. One small issue is how the iPhone handles incoming calls with third party apps. Ideally, I'd see information re: the caller ID and which line the incoming call is coming in for. This is the experience when the phone is unlocked and the Zoom app is active. However, since that's almost never the case, is there a way to get that information on a locked iPhone's screen when the call is coming in? Thanks.
Not a paid subscriber. I have had this happen the last two times now. I have a meeting with one other person, music lesson, system set for music OK, no issues there, other person is host. In settings I have ticked ‘Optimise for 3rd party video editor’ and ‘Record video during screen sharing’. Meeting under way, I press record, the host has agreed the recording, all seems fine. Come to end of meeting (about 45 minutes) , look to stop recording and find it’s not recording and no recording saves anywhere? Previously no issues like this! What’s going wrong or what am I inadvertently doing wrong?
Hi i'm on a meeting and noticed the sound goes off when a guest joins. Is there a way to turn off the sound? If not how to resolve this? thanks
Feature Request: One-Way Calendar Sync (Zoom to Google)Feature Title: One-Way Calendar Synchronization from Zoom to Google CalendarDescription:I would like to request a one-way calendar sync option that allows Zoom calendar events to automatically appear in Google Calendar, without Google Calendar events syncing back to Zoom or affecting my Zoom calendar.Use Case:This would allow users to maintain separate calendar management systems while ensuring Zoom meetings are visible in Google Calendar for scheduling purposes. Users could manage their Zoom calendar independently without concerns about external calendar changes affecting their Zoom workspace.Benefit:This feature would provide greater flexibility and control over calendar integration, preventing unwanted synchronization conflicts while maintaining visibility of Zoom meetings across platforms.
Is there a hot key combo for switching between Noise Removal and Original sound for musicians? Ever since the button was removed from the top left I find it increasingly difficult to switch between the two quickly. We do government training classes via Webinar on Zoom Gov. We run the default Noise Removal mode most is the time but when we have a PowerPoint video our audio or maybe someone in the live audience is asking a question, we switch to Original sound. Clicking on that tiny up arrow on the Audio button and selecting between the two is challenging to do quickly under pressure. If there isn't a hot key, I'm begging for one.
As other member have reported, I consistently have a "your network connection is unstable" while using zoom if I turn the camera on which causes voice to break and come choppy - I have checked my internet speed and it's lighting fast (169 mbs on fiber over wifi)- I have even downgraded my camera to preserve bandwidth (did not work)- I only experience this issue with Zoom... use Teams, Google meet, and other apps without issues all the time- I have uninstalled and re-installed zoom to the latest version (same result)- I have resent routers and fiber modem...- I work from home and I am the only person using any bandwidth Does any one have any suggestions? It's impossible to reach a live human in support
So i have been receiving this error when the host share the screen and i take control - "Your internet connection is unstable " & the control lags a lot, i cannot get any work done.I have followed the following steps which i found on the internet and the forum - 1. I was on Wifi , checked the speed , its still works good (45 mbps).2. Tried with wired connection, same problem3. Tried with zoom browser client , same problem4. upgraded to latest zoom version, same problem5.ran the network connectivity tool inside zoom, all looks good there but the problem still persists.6. Have prioritized the zoom application in task manager at the highest, still same problemI'm so fed up with this error now, i cant get any work done. we bought the yearly package of zoom for this sole purpose & its just useless now. Will appreciate if anyone can provide any solution.
I have a licensed account. But when I was on a Zoom session, it timed out after 40 minutes. When I looked at my profile, the name was "Zoom User" instead of my name with an e-mail address I've never seen before. I had to log out and log back into my profile using my e-mail address. What was this temporary profile named "Zoom User"?
Zoom cannot access my iMac Contact list. How to fixI am a subscriber to Zoom.Until recently, using my iMac I have been able to set up meetings whenever required. A few weeks ago this changed, and now Zoom cannot access my Contact list, so I cannot invite any of my friends or colleagues to join my meetings.I am therefore paying for something I cannot use. Has Zoom made a policy change to stop Apple users having access? How can I resolve this situation? Thanks, Chris from Bowral N.S.W.
I went into my Zoom today, which I use for personal reasons to stay in touch with family. I opened on my desktop, per usual, signed in, and it immediately took me to "Zoom Workplace" and all my scheduled meetings were gone. I had to go onto Zoom's website and login to my account there in order to find them. I do not want Zoom workplace. I do not want to be charged for Zoom workplace. I don't want to have to sign in through the website. If I find out I'm being charged extra for a service I neither wanted nor use, I'm cancelling my account and moving to another online meeting platform. Does anyone know how to switch back, or have experienced this?
