I had an one hour zoom meeting yesterday, and it's the CLOUD RECORDING is still processing after 24 hours. It shows still processing. It usually takes an hour for it to convert. The storage has space for the recording, and I can't get anyone from zoom to help me. What should I do? I have had zoom for a while, and w couple years ago I was able to screen record and just regular record, I non longer have the option. when I go into record settings there is no option to local record OR cloud record. I can see the few that I have there, when I sued to be able to. very strange. anyone any idea ? I don't have. "more" button as some are describing and no record button as in many videos show. Thanks
My profile and account profile have different names. As far as I am aware I have never set up this person in my account, although I know her from a few years back. I have been using this zoom account from the beginning so I am not sure how this has happened?
I have the host/co-host not present if lose connection move to waiting room option selected, but when I do a test meeting and disconnect my computer, it will just make the other participant a host and doesn't put them into a waiting room. Does this option actually work for anyone or does anyone have a fix??If the host and co-hosts are not present or if they lose connection during a meetingSelect the check box to move participants to the Waiting Room if the host drops from the meeting unexpectedly. Hi, does anyone know if there is a way to have all new users default caller ID to set to the company main number. Right now it it appears that by default users caller ID is their assigned number, then each user can change if desired. I would rather have it reversed.

We have pro versionWhen I share my screen to show Adobe Lightroom my participants can see my screen perfectly well, however when I select a tool in Lightroom to show how to edit a photo, the screen goes blank for my participants and a green border appears on my screen around the main part of Lightroom that I am editing Could anyone please advise When I select these tools, they do not open in a new screen, it is part of the Lightroom software I am usingI am not talking about the normal green border when sharing

Physiacal videos in the USA are made in the NTSC format, and in Europe in PAL. But with Zoom recordings, is a recording playable in both continents without adjustment or transfer etc? (Example, a recording of Zoom is made in Europe. Can it be sent to USA for playback with equal quality?)

Hello. I often record Zoom meetings and want to share them with others. How do I remove the requirement for these recipients to enter a password? In other words, I simply want them to be able to click on the link I send them and start watching my video, without having to enter a password. Thanks! Scott
Our webinar URLs that we share on socials do not generate a link preview with the webinar topic text or banner image. Seems like a pretty core piece of functionality. I've looked into the issue and it seems that there's a problem with the robot.txt file associated with the zoom domain that we have no access to. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a way to fix the issue? It's unclear why this happens and what triggers the issue, but I have encountered the problem several times in the last few months.
I have spent hours trying to figure out how to save chats. They used to save automatically. Then I had a problem and was told to de-install zoom and reinstall it. Since then I cannot save them. I cannot even copy them to paste. There are multiple places that seem to have options to save chats, each requiring a different application. The one time I got past Bolt/the gatekeeper, who cannot answer a single question, I spent an hour online with someone who felt my questions were not worthy of an answer, so he chose to answer his own questions. I've spent hours on this. If I click on the icon to save the chat, it shows me the options and they don't work. I'm beginning to think that Zoom Customer Care is really being paid by the competitors so everyone leaves zoom.
I am trying to share a second camera but can't change its source.I have 6 possible video sources listed (I'll just call them source 1-6 for now). My main video is on "Source 4", but I want to share "Source 2" as a second camera source, but it keeps defaulting to "Source 1". Or, if I try to switch camera, change source, then switch back, it seems to pick a random source!How can I select a different source for my 2nd camera? When I try to change source it changes my main camera (PiP image) instead.Failing that, how can I remove video sources from my list of video resources?Thanks

I ported my office number over to Zoom a few months ago. Since that time I have not been able to access any calls and even more importantly my voicemail. Fortunately most client have my cell number but not all. Somebody please give me some help. There is NO customer support that I can contact. I don't know if there is a plan where I can upgrade for help?
