Marking SMS as unread

Is there a way to mark Zoom SMS (not team chats) as unread? Our company uses SMS all the time for customer service, and it would be nice to not lose track of messages. This seems to be a feature that most phone services offer these days.

    Hello ​@nsteen,

    Currently, Zoom SMS messages (sent and received through Zoom Phone) cannot be marked as unread once they have been opened. The "mark as unread" feature is available for Zoom Team Chat messages, but not for SMS messages within Zoom Phone.
