Just in Zoom my face is very big, i need to distance 2 meter from my laptop to be in normal size. This is not normal, in other prgrams the picture is normal. Sorry, i am not English native speaker.

I would like to respectfully submit a couple of feature requests that I believe could enhance the mobile experience for many hosts and participants. 1. Breakout Rooms management on mobileCurrently, when hosting a meeting from a phone, it is not possible to create Breakout Rooms, assign participants, or move people between rooms. Even for hosts with full permissions and a licensed account, this limitation requires access to a computer. Many meetings today are conducted on the go — during travel, in the field, or in situations where a laptop is not available. The ability to manage Breakout Rooms directly from the mobile app would greatly increase flexibility and usability for hosts, educators, and team leaders. 2. “Raise Hand” function in Picture-in-Picture modeAnother useful feature would be the ability to access the “Raise Hand” function while using the sm

Last month the chat has changed and it is very bad when you use zoom for teaching. Before the message send to the host was displayed in the same window regardless the author and the author was indicated just before the message. Now each discussion is displayed in a separated window. This is awful when you use zoom for teaching session because the host has to switch between windows to see the answer of each student to a question. Of course it is possible for the students to send their answers to '"everybody" but at that time every body see the response of every student which is bad for teaching.Give us the option to go back to the old chat.JP PEGHAIRE

When I am hosting a meeting and sharing my screen my computer performance gets really laggy.   It takes a long time to open documents or change screens.    I have optimized the perfromance on my computer.  I have cleaned up the disk space and it is still very laggy and would appreciate advice.  

Zoom: 6.6.11Ubuntu 24.04 (Gnome/wayland) When I open the reaction emoji popup, if I move the mouse the popup disappear.This make impossible to react to chat messages.

Every time a meeting ends, my computer with Windows 11 Home crashes and restarts. Version 22H2. Installed RAM 16.0, 64-bit operating system, no touch screen. Sure would like a resolution for this.Thanks in advance.

At the end of last year, direct messages would have their own tab in the chat. I switched to running my classes in zoom because I liked that feature. Upon my return to school this year, that feature was gone. I really liked it because my direct chats get lost in the shuffle of all other messages and I am missing student chats. Is there a way to get that back or maybe a setting that I need to make for this to happen again?Thank you 

Hello, can anyone tell me how my zoom participants can share their photos that they have on their computer or phone?  I tried doing so myself and the picture comes up but it is small.  Is there a way to share a photo to the chat box?

I have forgotten how to allow members to opt back in because it’s been several years since I needed the steps.  If I remember correctly, the member has to send a text to a predetermined number.  Are the steps the same, and where do I find the predetermined text number?  Thank you.  Jackie 

 The aspect ratio for my camera is off, but only in zoom. Teams works fine. Other apps that access my camera work fine.I have tried selecting “Original ratio” and it adds black bars to both sides of the image and squishes it. Without “original ratio” the camera is “zoomed in” vertically, but obviously squished.The “HD” selection feels like it should fix it, but that does nothing as far as I can tell.Any recommendations appreciated.  Normal Camera Program:Normal camera program. Hi, thanks for taking my question. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to have the control toolbar always on the host's primary laptop screen and not on the extended monitor screen. I don't want my in-house audience to see how many participants or any of the control features. I want to manage zoom independently on my primary screen. I have the page of advice telling me how to convert a meeting to a webinar however when I view the meeting the only buttons to the right are start, edit and delete. There is no option to convert on any of my meetings. Does this mean that I cant convert? Thanks.

Hello, I recently bought a new Dell G15. I play weekly Dungeons and Dragons via Zoom where the host shares music with us. I can hear everyone speaking, but cannot hear the music. Everyone else can hear the music perfectly. I can only hear their voices. Someone other than host tried sharing music. Everyone else could hear it except me. I can hear my friends voices perfectly fine. It is as though some setting is automatically muting the music. This happens when I use the base speakers and microphone on the laptop, or when I use a Snowball external microphone and headphones, or when I use airpods. Any combination of base system, headphones, external microphone, I can hear my friends' voices but cannot hear the music.  Yes, I have made sure to select the correct output speaker and input headphones, in both desktop client settings and in the actual meetings. We are using Zoom Phone SMS for ongoing group text communications that include multiple staff members (2 internal Zoom numbers & 1 Google Voice number) and clients (typically 1–2 external numbers). Most threads contain 4–5 total participants.We are consistently experiencing duplicate inbound messages within Zoom Phone group SMS threads. The duplicates appear only within Zoom — not on the clients’ devices or on our personal mobile devices.To test, we ran a controlled experiment using: Two Zoom Phone numbers One Android device One iPhone When messages were sent within the group thread: The personal mobile devices did not receive duplicates. Zoom Phone was the only platform displaying duplicate messages. This suggests the duplication is occurring within Zoom Phone rather than from the carrier or external devices.Has anyone encountered this issue? During Covid, I built an assistive device which the device being used for Zoom meetings sees as a keyboard.It has buttons on it that allow for very quick and easy access to two functions, Mic Mute, and Raising your Hand. It works very well on Windows, though I have not had a user using Mac to test it on that platform.I inquired about this first question in 2021 or so, and I was told it was actually being worked on. I understand why keyboard shortcuts for toggling Mute and the Hand are used, as the user most of the time can see the indicators on screen. Assistive devices, though would work so much better if there was separate keys for Muting, and Unmuting, as well as Raising the hand, and Lowering the hand. I would never suggest removing the current keys, but perhaps keys that perform these functions could be added? Could that be possible?Another question I have has to do with mobile devices, which more and more are being used with keyboards. I feel that it would be of great benefit for
