Zoom workplace app not connecting on computer

My workplace app has not been working for the past 3 weeks. Anytime I try to log into the app it gives me message that it’s unable to connect, sometimes it connects, but looses connection a few seconds after. My internet connection is fine. I can log into the workplace app on other devices. I’ve reset network setting and cleared cache on this particular laptop. I’ve also uninstalled an installed the app, but it’s still not working.

    Sorry for your problems.

    When you get an invite, try running zoom from the browser.
    WHen you reset your laptop, did you use cleanzoom, this clears zoom cache.
