How can we make it so that threads within team chat channels are closed by default rather than open by default?

Hi, a couple weeks ago I created a webinar (as per normal process - nothing different). And that usually creates a registration link which I normally share with my registrants so they can join on the day. But once the webinar started, I noticed we only had 3 participants (normally we have 50+) and so I went and tested the link that was sent to registrants. And the link was leading to another webinar with the exact same title and exact same settings....just a different ID. Can someone help me understand how in the world this could have happened if I only had one webinar created?  Thanks!

Does Zoom Support multiple NDI cameras?  Looking to see if Zoom will support 4 NDI cameras 

I would like to request the following feature for the zoom participants reports feature. Currently my process is to export the reports in an XML and then use excel to sort by name. The feature I would like to request is the simple ability to click on the name column, and sort it by name (first and/or last)

When I join a Zoom meeting using either a meeting URL or meeting ID, I am able to enter the session, but it restarts immediately afterwards. This issue is not isolated to me; other users are experiencing the same problem in my domain.

I started the Zoom meeting, I shared my screen with the layout where the content is behind me. I recorded local to my computer. When I play the video, it shows the content and me side-by-side with myself extremely small (more like fully content and myself barely visible on the side).When I did this in a previous Zoom meeting. It recorded exactly the way I was presented during the meeting. Why/How did the layout change for the recording of the current meeting, and is there a way to fix it? (I have the option for "keeping unconverted recording files for troubleshooting" on)Thank you for any help

Hello, My company is about to go live with Zoom. We are on track for day 1 contact center flows.We would like to implement an authentication layer to verify callers against D365 contact values before they get routed to a human agent who will get a case pop.We have a D365 dev who has published apis and they work fine. I have used these apis in the past with other tools that make use of the api schema such as n8n webhooks and postman. I have noticed that the call using json body parameters works as expected, only if I reference the collect input widget directly. (eg. Collect_SiteID.digits). If I try and reference a set variable path, the value is not passed the http call.This is not an issue at the moment as we will only go live with the non human authentication layer in Jan 2026 at the earliest and I can get it to work. I am trying to embed a Zoom Webinar registration form onto a page on our website using an iframe.To make the embed look seamless and match our site's branding, I need to completely hide Zoom's default header and footer on the registration page.The technical method to hide these elements is using the Custom CSS tab under the Zoom Admin Portal to Advanced to Branding.However, this Custom CSS tab is currently NOT visible in my admin account.

I am testing out the AI features for my organization and have noticed that there is no way to easily export the AI generated meeting summaries from the Zoom web interface. It is great having the ability to edit directly in the web interface, but it would be even better if it was easy to export and store these notes to our document management system when needed. Right now, all we can do is copy and paste to a word doc, which is not ideal. Am I missing something? If not, I'll submit feedback directly to Zoom. 🙂

I've noticed that on Zoom for android, you cannot use an external microphone 🎤 with the application. You are only forced to stay with the default mic. I have the Hollyland Lark A1 microphones which should make me mobile when handling meetings. They work well with both the video and audio recording applications but don't work on Zoom.

When running a meeting we are streaming to YouTube, sometimes we have a break of 10 minutes until the meeting reconvenes.  Can we display a logo and message that streams to YouTube instead of just an empty video?

On macOS, when I share my screen, Zoom steals focus whenever I switch Spaces (virtual desktops) in macOS. When this happens, Zoom receives all my keyboard inputs instead of the application on the screen. I do not use a mouse and this is getting in the way of my accessibility of using my computer at work. I urge Zoom to fix this; this behavior is not ADA compliant and is in direct violation of best practices for accessibility.

For years, I had my Zoom set to automatically copy the ZOOM URL to my clipboard every time I opened a meeting. That was very helpful. That no longer works and I can't find it in the settings. Can anyone help me with this? TIA!

Hello. I recorded a Zoom meeting, and the recording file once converted has been corrupted. It has video and audio for the first 10 seconds, but it freezes and the audio cuts out until the last 30 seconds. My Zoom is updated. Also, the recording didn't appear in the recording section of my account.  I have a 2020 MacBook, and the basic plan.  Any help?Thanks.

Has Zoom enabled a way to duplicate meetings INCLUDING the invitees? I feel like I'm forced to reinvent the wheel every time I want to schedule another meeting with the same team. Thanks! 

We have been looking at the Zoom Phone system QOS to determine why some clients are reporting poor sound quality occurring 1-2 times per week. To be more specific, callers are reporting that our user sounded distorted or echo-ey while we heard clearly from them. We ran a certification on the wired network ports, patch cables, and phone cables. We were able to look at specific events, and the QOS showed that they were 4.1-4.5 good quality calls. The only commonality I could see between them was that they all showed a 12kbps sending bitrate when known good calls showed a 50-75kbps sending bitrate. Zooms website says that bandwidth needs are 60-100kbps for calls. Could this actually be the cause of the poor sound quality? If the recommended bandwidth is 60-100 kbps, why is it rating a 12kbps call is good quality?

Seriously, I don't expect this post to be here long, but not having the option to keep any type of real-time support unless I spend $50/month is a knock-on small business. I am a sole proprietor and only need 1 Zoom account, most of my meetings are either one-to-one or small groups I have no idea how to or want to spend $50 a month to even access the chat support option. when I looked into the business option the minimum account size was 10 accounts or 1999.00 a year. Last time I checked, small individuals made your success possible, yet now we are no longer relevant. Shame on this decision zoom, shame...

There are 2 types of Webinar Zoom type, first participant allowed / can turn on/off the audio or camera icon below. In this type the audio volume in smartphone can easily turn up and down.The second type, participants are passive,  can not turn on/off audio and camera ( no icon below usually have hand wave icon ). In this type the volume is always maximum can not turn up and down except I cross the audio icon at the left top. I always use smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. I wonder this  bugs is on the smartphone or zoom apps ?

I run training sessions using Zoom meetings.I used to ask trainees to send direct messages to answer some questions to test their knowledge and I would see all their answers as part of the main chat thread.Recently direct messages now all pop out into separate conversations, meaning I need to click on each one separately to see answers. I've therefore had to ask trainees not to use direct messages as with 10 trainees it means I can no longer just quickly glance to see whether everyone has the correct answer without them being able to copy answers from others.Is it possible to toggle this option on and off so I can choose whether to have a single thread with all messages in the chat or separate threads for each conversation?

A weird issue that has only just started this week in a large corporate environment which appears to implicate Zoom’s Cloud Room Connector for both Webinars and Meetings:- laptop to laptop - music AOK- ⁠laptop to Cisco - music not ok with original music mode making no difference- ⁠Cisco to laptop - music not ok with Cisco’s noise cancelling, Neutral and Music selections making no difference- Cisco to Cisco over Zoom - music also not ok Anyone else hearing recent Cloud Room Connector music issues? Have you guys seen any issues this week? I’m wondering if it is actually a new Zoom fault. I’ve seen it on multiple meetings and webinars in different locations.
