No puedo descargar la grabación en la nube

He realizado dos grabaciones hoy y ayer y al intentar descargarlas aparece "No se ha podido cargar el vídeo debido a un fallo de red o del servidor o porque el formato es incompatible." y no se descarga, la información indica que existen porque tiene un peso de 3 GB pero no hay forma de descargarlo, no se descarga nada, ni el video, ni el audio ni el TXT del chat, aparece un error "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

    After installing Monterey my webcam downgraded from HD to watch about best baitcaster. Disabling the HD toggle on Zoom made it better however my extensive-angle view became crappy.

    Como descargo grabaciones de zoom que realizaron y estaban grabadas, pero ahora al entrar al link para ver la grabacion y descargarla, me aparece como no autorizado - Lo sentimos, su sesión ha caducado. Por favor, actualice la página o vuelva a iniciar sesión. Que hago para recuperar esa grabacion que me compartieron y descargarlo?

    Hi, ​@Jesus Octavio Guerra Quispe,

    It sounds like this was a recording in the Cloud but on someone else’s account, and they shared the link with you. First, you do have to be logged into Zoom, into the account that was authorized by the owner of the recording for accessing. Next, it’s possible the owner set a time limit which might have passed. But the “Your session is expired” Just sounds like you need to log in again to Zoom.

    If that’s not the issue, check with the Meeting Host to see if the authorization to download is expired.
