Topics for the next NACHO 360 for the Virtual attendance
The end survey only appears on the lobby and the thank you emails, it would be more visible if the companion app would redirect attendees to it directly, would it be possible to add this as a new feature please?
It would be nice if I could email somebody at Zoom to talk about a bug they previously fixed but has recently returned… Seems like I can’t create support tickets anymore for some reason, and the previous ticket is now closed. This is a previous message from support describing how the bug occurred (their words, not mine): Our engineering team has identified the root cause. It appears that when the meeting was previously deleted and subsequently recovered, it caused the expiration index to not be cleared. Which then caused the registration index to expire, even though the meeting itself is active.• The Fix: A permanent bug fix and a database policy update are scheduled for February 7th.• Manual Correction: After the February 7th release, we will be able to manually correct the index for this specific meeting to restore the link.• Workaround: In the meantime, to get your registration back up and running immediately, we recommend one of the following:Re-create the meeting: Crea
Recently, Zoom’s Note-taking has popped up on my Mac each time I use Siri to place a call on my iPhone – see the attached screenshot.I’ve not found a setting to block this pop-up.-- Ward
Dear Zoom community, for the last few weeks I have been experiencing severe system slowdowns during Zoom video calls on Linux. In Zoom meetings, it suddenly happens that the interaction with all programs becomes laggy. I'm hoping someone can point me toward better diagnostic tools or steps to understand what's going wrong. Setup:Lenovo ThinkPad T15s Gen 5 (Intel Core 7 164U, 64 GB RAM) Ubuntu 24.04, kernel 6.17.0-29-generic Latest Zoom client Version 7.0.5 (3034). Over the last few weeks, I have repeatedly updated the Zoom client to the latest versions when they appeared in the hope that these would resolve the problem, but without success. Problem description:During video calls, it suddenly happens that the interaction with any program becomes slow and laggy. This stays for ~60 seconds before everything returns back to normal. The slowdown returns every few minutes without any visible triggering event. Looking at htop, I can see the Zoom client spawning 15-20 processes with individual
Can anyone explain why my screen goes black at random times during some Zoom meetings? The sound stays on for a few minutes & I think the others in the meeting can still see me, but then it goes completely dead and I'm logged out of my computer. I have to re-log into my computer to get back into the meeting. This happens quite randomly - sometimes after only about 10 minutes into the meeting; sometimes 30-40 minutes, sometimes never. I've checked all my computer settings, and it's set not to go to sleep for one hour, so I'm pretty sure it's not the computer settings. I can't find any settings in Zoom that could be causing this.
I do a lot of tutoring in math at various levels and I want to be able to do fractions, protractor, coordinates, geometry, and more with the whiteboard instead of having to jump back and forth between screen share and white board. It gets to be quite cumbersome and annoying.
There are scheduled meetings every week using the same link and details. I would like a step by step guide of how to add additional one off meeting in between the scheduled meetings using the same link and details. Is this possible?
Hi there. I want to provide 1080p resolution for my consulting business, however, I only need one license because I work with single clients at a time. Is there a way to purchase a business account (~$20/mo) without having to get 10-99 licenses? I only need one license (for myself). Just looking to provide 1080p quality--any way to accomplish this? Thank you.
Hello, Does anyone know how to completely disable the Continuous Meeting Chat feature in Zoom Admin? I found the option to turn it off at Settings > Meetings > Schedule Meeting so I disabled it but it is still active/enabled by default when creating a new meeting.
Similar to my Outlook and other “Home” screens of this type, being able to see my tasks immediately when I enter, instead of having to click on the tasks option, would greatly increase my engagement with this feature, specifically. As someone with horrible ADHD, out of sight = out of mind. I am able to open my “Activity Center” panel, and I can see my calendar (although, it would be nice if I could see more than a single day of this as well), but I can’t see my tasks easily when I open my Workplace. I haven’t been able to find a way to do this. Am I missing something that allows this option (and the option to see a week of my calendar as well)?
There’s a weekly meeting that I’ve attended for years. Never had a problem with seeing and saving the live transcript until a few weeks ago. Now, when I click on Transcript nothing happens. No error codes, nothing happening to the display. Zoom’s VA is dumber than mud and after literally hours trying to troubleshoot with it, I’m done wasting my time there. Others in the meeting can still see/save the live transcript just fine.I have a basic, free account. I’m using the zoom app on a Windows laptop. Windows is up to date, zoom is up to date, everything is up to date. Please help!
I just created my schedules today and the links worked earlier, now every single one of them returns this message when trying to go to the scheduler page. Anyone else having this issue?
⚫️ Process to test AIC 3.0 and transition your current agent to AIC 3.0:Duplicate your existing agent Ensure the ZVA 3.0 toggle is enabled on the cloned agent Run test scenarios in preview to confirm expected behavior (Optional) Once validated, go to your production agent and scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the traffic splitting setting (Optional) Start by routing 10% of traffic to the cloned agent with ZVA 3.0 enabled, 90% of traffic to your existing agent. (Optional) Monitor containment rate, resolution rate, and surveys to identify any adjustments needed in the ZVA 3.0 agent. Make adjustments and publish the AIC 3.0 agent. Gradually increase the traffic routing until you are ready to enable ZVA 3.0 on your production agent. Once you are at 100% of traffic on the AIC 3.0 agent, then you can go back to the AIC 2.0 original version, turn on AIC 3.0 and 100% of traffic on the slider. Delete the test agent. ⚫️ Why did we launch AIC 3.0 or what is different? Read this: htt
Hi Zoom Community,Wondering if anyone else is running into this glitch.Today (06.09.25), I noticed that my chat options changed unexpectedly during a Zoom session. Behind the scenes, all of my meeting settings allow participants to chat publicly and privately (host only, everyone, and individual participants). However, as soon as someone else joined my meeting, the private chat options disappeared. The only option available was to chat with everyone.I double-checked my Zoom settings—everything is enabled to allow full chat functionality. To troubleshoot, I set up a test session and had someone join. As soon as they entered the room, the same thing happened: chat instantly defaulted to “Everyone” only, and all private chat options were removed.Private messaging is a key part of how I facilitate training sessions, so this is a major disruption. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Would love to know if there’s a fix or if this is a known bug. Thanks in advance,Lenore
Hi, I have a support ticket open regarding this but I figured I’d ask here as well.I have an elevator phone that’s using a cell line to call a hard phone in my Zoom tenant. The caller ID is showing up as “Potential Risk”. I understand that this is often due to it being marked as spam in the various spam databases queried by carriers, including Zoom, and there’s not much I can do since I don’t own the calling number. I’m working with the party that owns it but it’s a slow process. I’m curious if there’s anything I can do within my Zoom tenant to ignore these calls being marked as spam? Instead of showing up as “Potential Risk” I would like them to show up either as their caller ID or a contact name. I’ve tried making a contact on the called phone and it didn’t seem to help. I’m not even entirely sure where these calls are getting marked, I can’t find any mention of “Potential Risk” in Zoom’s knowledge base so it may be another carrier overwriting the caller ID.Thanks
There are two of us in two different countries who need full access to our Zoom meetings Pro account. But when we get a security request for a code, we are unable to comply due to security code being sent by email when we have a different email or no email client on the Zoom computer. What is the solution to this problem?
how do i disable the spelling and grammar checking in the latest version of Zoom workplace chat? I do not have any OS settings enabled and I have even gone so far as to disable spell checking and grammar checking in MS Edge, Brave and via GPO and yet it still persists in Zoom. There are no Zoom settings available to turn it offedit: spelling
Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?
If your IT team wants to understand the Zoom Marketplace connector for Sharepoint and Zoom Virtual Agent, below you will find common questions and best practices. Link the to connector is here. 1. How Authentication and Permissions WorkWhen you connect SharePoint as a knowledge base source in Zoom Virtual Agent, the integration uses OAuth authentication. This means: The SharePoint account used during authentication authorizes the connection between Zoom and Microsoft 365. The Virtual Agent does not gain elevated or independent permissions — it can only access content that the authenticated account has permission to view. In other words, the Virtual Agent “inherits” the same access rights as the SharePoint account used to establish the connection. This design ensures that SharePoint’s native access controls remain fully enforced. If a document or site is restricted for that account, the Virtual Agent will not be able to retrieve or surface it. 2. Restricting Access to Specific Sites

Hi - I have been creating polls since June 2025 and every time, I add a poll as “save as webinar poll.” Just today, that option is no longer there. Has anyone else experienced this? And how do I save as a webinar poll?! Thank you!!
I'm trying use Facebook Live or Zoom Live and I do not have option on my Zoom. Why?
