Unable to Select the 49 participants per page view.

I’m unable to activate or select the 49 participant per page view on my new Mac book Neo. I have tried everything like uninstalling and installing again. rebooting the system, on off hardware acceleration etc, but failed to fix the issue. I'm using zoom version 7.1. (84650) downloaded for apple silicon. My Mac book Neo is running on Mac OS Tahoe 26.6.2. I have 8gb of RAM and 512 gb SSD. Please help in this regard.

    hi ​@Sushant Mohanty ,

    I think the issue is that your Mac Book Neo would not be able to process all the people at once and give you good service. So this level of 49 has been traken away.
